Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

The ARF fund provides financial aid to help qualifying Dona Ana County pet owners with emergency veterinary bills, helping to prevent animal suffering and allowing pet owners to keep their animals rather than surrendering them to the animal shelter because they can't afford veterinary care.
